When we go upside down we enjoy a new, open perspective, and a focus you only get when you are challenged and step out of your comfort zone. Have you wanted to enjoy the benefits of inversions, but are unsure of where to start and how to overcome the physical and mental obstacles they entail? To build confidence and work in the direction of upside down time we must find a balance between strength, openness, trust, and a light hearted attitude.
In this workshop we will aim to approach inversions with thoughtful preparation and help from props to prepare to head upside down!
